If the options listed above are close but not perfect, I know we can development a plan that will work specifically for you.

The PROCESS of BUILDING

YOUR WEBSITE

We schedule a 30-minute meeting via phone or video conference to determine your needs. An estimate follows and if you decide to move forward and sign, a 50% deposit is then required to be added to the client schedule.

01

DISCOVERY

We strategically develop a website infrastructure plan. Wish list items are categorized and prioritized. The better the plan, the better the outcome. For example, a list of websites you find visually appealing is very helpful to get a sense of your style (hint: look outside your industry). Preliminary layout provided to give you a sense of your website’s components.

02

PLAN DEVELOPMENT

This is where the actual build-out in Squarespace commences. We’ll schedule reviews to ensure the website not only resonates with your branding and style, but makes you happy. Deadlines (both yours and mine) are crucial here to help us stay on track.

03

BUILD IN SQUARESPACE

The last step is to perform a final review and publish your beautiful, new website! The remaining balance is due and then website ownership is transferred to you. Tell your friends, show-off to your family, and advertise in your client newsletter.

“What happens AFTER we build my website?”

Every website will eventually require updates. Matter of fact, you should set a reminder to review your website once a month. Knowing this, most clients wonder if it be difficult or challenging to update content such as copy, pricing, contact info, photos, etc.

You have two options:

1 — Hands-On Approach: you make updates on your own (it’s easier than it sounds and Squarespace is built for this!). If the plan is to make minor updates now and then, I suggest you take the I-can-do-this-on-my-own approach, and many clients are surprised to see how easy it is to learn (think: blogging).

2 — Full-Service Option: I handle maintenance when required. Some clients prefer this route because they want their sole attention focused on their business. I promise to respond quickly and charge a minimal, hourly fee.

I want to see you and your business succeed!
